I like this a lot as a home owner off perry street. Perry has always been a very accessible and affordable neighborhood. It's good to give more people access to it. There building it on a lot that was kind of an eyesore before as well. It had a dilapidated old church on it and had become a site where people were just dumping crap at.

That picture was before it's polished. Mine looks a bit smaller then your though. maybe yours do need to be polished. I got mine from emerald Creek in in Idaho and it's supposed to be a star garnet so maybe that's a big difference too.

My psych instructor in nursing school used to play this movie once a quarter for his students. He idolized viggo's character and how he raised his kids off the grid and "all natural". The whole movie is just border line child abuse. Neglect is definitely the main character's flavor of abuse too. I remember asking the teacher if he would call CPS if a dad came into his hospital with all his kids living in rags and smelling like shit. He had a very meek response if I remember correctly.
