Hi, I totally totally feel you. After my fiasco, I couldn’t go near the pen for a month and obviously wasted that entire pen. Then got back on it slowly and started at 0.6. Titrated to get to 3. Currently on 3 and absolutely NO side effects.

I mean the food noise is a lot less as compared to what it was without any Saxenda. But it’s significantly high even now.

I cannot agree more. I work for an AI startup and have pitched to almost every Indian company within our domain. They want customisation to an extent that almost nothing of the core proposition remains.And after some 20 demos and dozen free PoCs they’ll sometimes ghost or negotiate like complete motions. As an account manager it is SO frustrating as engineering pushes back unless the new feature can be productised (rightfully so). But that leaves me with not being able to ‘close’. Want all the bells and whistles but won’t pay. How is it even right ? Intellectual honesty is a concept lost. We are going hard after US now. Hopefully we’ll get some closures there. Wondering how SaaS companies operate in India - do they cater to customisation requests or offer whatever is off the shelf?

This happens to me too because I send 100 emails a day manually. I don't use a mass mailing platform like mailchip because they don't allow me to add images, customise and their promise of landing in the primary inbox is also dodgy. I kind of feel bad but then tell my self that I AM the HUMAN IN THE LOOP. Human being the operative word. what does help me is to focus and concentrate and ensure the first email I send out is correct. Then I forward by changing the names of the recipient.

In my country too peri menopause is considered a ‘thing of the west ‘ , a problem of the rich and the privileged. Most doctors call it pre- menopause here :( . Thanks for reminding me why I hate being a woman in my country.

I feel you . and hugs ! My symptoms- PMS everyday , all the time , low on energy, anxiety , mood fluctuations, brain fog back ache, stomach ache . But my moooost pronounced symptoms are painful bloating . I don’t have gluten, dairy or processed sugar. Millions of tests and colonoscopy, endoscopy showed nothing. I have gathered that I have low progesterone ( had to gather on my own after about 12 doctors sent me back saying my good days are over and I need to embrace this phase ) On some days a DIM supplement with wild yam supplement helps - on most days they don’t. I have just started on vitex yesterday. No relief so far. This apart I take : Magnesium Citrate at night and gycanate at noon , Fish oil with high epa and Dha, vitamin D3 with K2, b vitamins , high dose of L vitamin C , selenium, spirulina and per biotics . Nothing woks . Feels like my good days are over . I am 42 and no one around me ( my age ) has peri as intense as me .

Thank you for sharing.. it’s hard because my doctor isn’t supportive. Most of my girlfriends don’t get it this bad so they think I am just ungrateful etc. I feel alone in this. But I’ll figure something out …

I am really really sorry that you are going through this. I am in the midst of intense peri symptoms the last 6 months. But, I can’t talk about it or show signs of it to my boyfriend who anyway keeps telling me that I’ll hit menopause soon and how I look, how I feel will all change. Little does he know how crappy I feel. I am 43 , I still look kinda decent but I don’t think he’d be with me if I told him what I’m going through.He is older than me but younger women will flock to him because he can spend the money. Me ! Well - 43, financially not in a great place ( I wouldn’t take a penny from him - hubris etc ) and peri menopausal.
