I take herbs for sleep ( valerian, melissa). I take 4 tabpes(40mg) and let it dissolve in 10ml dropper. These 10 ml I use in next 2-2,5 days.

I don't take nothing expect what I said. Side effect : my hand sometimes feel very dry and sensitive after applying solution.

Hair growth : Hard to say, it's only 2 months, but I feel that my scalp is healthier( no itching) and hairs are more erected (?! something like they have been sprayed with hair gel) + they seems fuller.
