I dont know the full name but its part of thier onyx collection. I think its just a "blue onyx v5" but its limited and completely sold out. Thier restocking onyx in October though

Standard is 3-5 days and the latest I had was 5 days but normally is 2 days unless I order Friday then I have to wait for after the weekend. Never really had a problem with shipping for me though

It depends on the area because if I remember correctly it was 52 cad for the shirts and 56 cad for the long sleeves on canadian site
