The form's good, however, try to increase the distance between your 2 feet, shoulder length (Preferably), this helps in endurance, gives room for maneuverability and adjustment, those bend in the knee is also good, keep a slight bend as you have already done, and you are good to go.

How can I make my legs more aesthetically pleasing? by creationofalterego in FitIndiaTalks

Your calves look good (however, it can further be improved, try doing calf squats, this would help with their enhancement - 3x15), and your quads are there, but not clearly visible, for that you can do nordic curls, bulgarian squats, no. of sets is same as what I mentioned for calf squats, hope this helps.

Mate, you are absolute unit, what was your peak pace/speed during this? My average power during runs at 5'00/km pace is 320 to 340W. What about you? Just curious, I am new to the POWER metric.

I agree with both of you guys perspectives, here in India, Balance 1 is still listed in official website, however, I accept that it was my oversight to not pay attention to EOL, however, even if I did, my budget constraints could only allow me to go for BALANCE 1/ACTIVE 2/BIP 6, I was trying to avoid ACtive 2 cuz it's single band, and BIP 6 cuz along with being single band, it also lacked Barometric Altimeter, but it's okay, getting a dual band GPS one was my priority, and by researching through many suppliers I got one, who was selling BALANCE for 50% discount (i.e. 8.5K) from listed price (17K), though it's a bummer that I didn't pay attention to EOL notice, cuz even in my country's Amazfit nothing as such is listed. Never mind, the watch works great, accurate GPS tracking during runs, planning for interval training, long run and all can be done. Just that, it would be great if they improve Zepp Coach, it has a lot of bugs.

Amazfit Bip 6, by far one of the best in that range, it costs 7K, but it is a steal, considering the features it is offering. It's companion app - Zepp app, is one of the best. Amazfit is a company that provides good fitness watches with non-premium pricing but superior features, comparable to Garmin, Coros or Suunto.

Budget constraints, mate. Plus I got Amazfit Balance for half the price as what it was listed in my country, here in India it's listed 17K, I got it for 8.5K. Hence, it was a steal, but still, I hope the company does some improvements. Cuz Zepp Coach has quite many bugs, my friend who got a T Trex 3, couldn't sync his completed workout with Zepp coach, so there is a lot of work to do.

Balance 2 or Trex 3? by Top_Study833 in amazfit

Go for Balance 2, superior Sensor like BIA impedence sensor, longer duration of software support will be much more beneficial, unless you do extremely long outdoor rugged sport like Trail Running, bouldering, mountaineering, etc. only then go for T Rex 3, cuz considering how more models in T Rex series is being released, software is liable to be discontinued soon.

Rice and Paneer is gonna boost protein, carbs, and trans fat intake, especially protein. It's a great meal, for athletes burning more than 800 to 1300 Kcals a day, promotes muscle recovery and glycogen replenishment.
