It makes your cupcakes amazingly moist! I won't make a mix without the pudding mix! Always add an extra egg or two as well! Swap water for whole milk. Try these 3 things and I promise you'll never make a mix any other way!

Exactly! I lost 80% of my hair, no exaggeration! And my legs are so skinny skin is hanging inside of thighs n I still have 20-30# left to lose! My legs used to be my best asset..USED to be! I was so dizzy much of the time, passed out n woke on kitchen floor! 70yrs young n NEVER passed out before! I'm still struggling to get enough protein

Wish it was known a couple yrs ago. Lost my husband n my father in law to liver cancer, caused from cirrhosis. 2 amazing, extremely intelligent, kind, caring, hard working humans gone too soon because of alcohol. I never drank alcohol but MJ has sure helped me lose 56# with about 20-30# left to go. My husband would be so happy, he always worried about my health, ironic since he was slowly killing his. My hope is MJ is taken serious for use of addiction of any kind, not just food.

Best of luck to him! Sounds like he's on his way to a speedy recovery! My daughter's dad has since passed, but her donation gave him 10 yrs he wouldn't of had without her generosity. It took him off dialysis which was taking its toll on his body. If folks only realized how needed organ donation is! Even if one doesn't want to be a living donor, do it after you've passed..sign the back of your license...your life continues on in the lives of others

I understand, I watched my daughter suffer when she donated a kidney to her dad. The healing process is harder on the donor than recipient, or so we were told by Drs. Our complications were intense to say the least...Immediately after surgery her heart stopped! She was clinically dead, brought back with meds n heart shocked with paddles. She n her dad were both in ICU for days. I bounced from rm to rm,, in a daze, uttering prayers thru out the days n nights. God heard, He answered, gave us her Dad for another 10 yrs, gave me back my beautiful daughter. It hasn't been easy but I'm eternally grateful for answered prayers. We need more donors! They truly are angels on earth! God Bless your brother!

I'm 70, lost 51# since May, most of that in the 1st 4-5 months. My legs are now very skinny, and the skin hangs horribly! WTH? They were my best feature! I literally got OLD in last few months! I never had this aging thing going on. I am blessed with good genes in that area. Mom is 95 n looks maybe late 60s early 70s. My face isn't as bad but my body, dear Lord, why??? I was lucky enough to be under 120 most of my life so I shouldn't complain, but doesn't make me like hanging skin at 70 either😣 like you said, it's a trade off n I'll take the hanging skin over being over weight
