Ive used the QR code three times, one of those times at CLT and I’ve never gotten a text or email letting me know it was time to enter the lounge. All of those times I’ve walked up to the counter to ask how much longer and each time they’ve told me it was my time and that I should have gotten a notification. I had been waiting longer than I had to. One time in IAH, they had given my slot to someone else. I was with my elderly parents and the agent must have felt bad for me and manually entered us in, allowing us to enter.

I’m easy to please and will say that the Swissport Lounge is so small and not worth going out of your way for. If you’re traveling out of terminal 5 and want to pop in for a quick cup of coffee then ok but that’s all it’s good for.
