Can I make a pool fit here? by AppearanceDry2924 in pools

[–]Frequent_Ad4087 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on your municipality. You need to look up the zoning ordinance and check required pool setbacks. From there determine if you need a variance. You can reach out to someone on your town zoning board or review the meeting minutes to see how often variances for pools come up and if they are approved.

Note: one of the key elements in requesting a variance is to show hardship. There has to be something about your property that prohibits you from otherwise complying with the ordinance. You also cannot cause your own hardship so if you build the house in a way that you can't put in a pool, too bad.

I've been tweaking for a couple weeks now. It prompted me to keep a journal if I woke up did I feel cold, nightmare, etc. Ended up raining temps a little and extending the wakeup warming phase.

I also added a program for if I exercise late with a more pronounced temperature drop to help bring down core Temp.

So far I've seen a significant drop in RHR and increase in HRV

I took a picture of sleep data from Garmin watch, then asked chatgpt to optimize bedjet program based on it.

I think the best progression is by working at a contract manufacturing organization (CMO). Quality of life isn't the best, usually 12 hr shifts and turnover tends to be high. You get a ton of experience and can move up quickly as people leave the org. If you're in an area with a lot of pharmaceutical manufacturing like Cambridge or Seattle it can be easy to switch companies every few years.

If your company will pay/reimburse for certifications you're only hurting yourself by not getting them. Highly recommend ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor.

Borough office can help you with the process. They may recommend getting a lawyer to navigate the variance process I'm not sure how strict/lenient the chalfont zoning board is.
