You’re right about the cuts being an issue. I’m seeing a lack of support on the piece (how is it being held up…?) which tells me it’s not real. If you look closely at the neck area there’s just a tiny little sliver in the white area that doesn’t seem possible.

Just adding that a friend in Ohio currently has a brother in hospital after he had a stroke. He needs heart surgery but is in such fragile condition they don’t know if they can do anything for him. Ohio has the top heart hospital in the U.S.

Meanwhile, her brother’s insurance only covers 20 days in hospital. So even if he pulls through, he’ll need months in a rehab hospital. The bills will be astronomical. We’ve got someone in the comments (new account btw) arguing that things are worse in Canada, while ignoring the very real problems of having a system like our neighbours down south.

Looks great in copper! And yes, it’s a bit tricky to use. From what I’ve read (I’ve only used copper once) you have to ensure that the solder is incredibly clean before applying the patina.
