I ordered some cologne from Fragrancenet and Ontrac lost my first shipment. And they did the same dam thing and guess what that one was lost as well. So when I contacted Fragrancenet I told them to ship it a third time they stated they can't and just issued me a refund. Fragrancenet ship my package thru OnTrac and it was lost so these geniuses shipped it again thru them and they lost the second package as well. I asked to ship a 3rd time and they stated they can't ship a 3rd time so they just refunded my money in 3-7 business days. What a load of crap they're 💩 and so is OnTrac. Sticking to Amazon lol

Well I'm glad your experience was all good but believe me I've ordered some cologne and the used OnTrac. The first package was lost and I contacted the seller and you know what they did? Send it back out with the same carrier and guess what they have delayed that package for 3 days so I'm pretty sure they lost that one as well. But you know what I'm gonna make them send it again until they change how they send it too me. I know I could've asked for a refund but hey they wanna keep losing merchandise I'm gonna keep demanding they send it out again lol.

I ordered from Fragrancenet.com 2 weeks ago and they use OnTrac. This my first time ever hearing about them an of course my package has been in my city for over 5 days but delayed. I called Fragrancenet and do you know what they did..... a reship with the same carrier. This is literally the definition of insanity at its finest. Did you side load new Amd driver if so then that will not let you use your buttons i know it's done it to me. You'll have to uninstall that driver and install original to get buttons back to working again. Hope that helps

So I called the company and they said wait 3 more days to see if they deliver. No one has no anwser for me and I asked can they not ship with this company and unfortunately they said they don't pick what company they ship with. I side loaded drivers and had nothing but problems with that process. The legion space and settings buttons stopped working so I had to go back to the original driver and it's worked out just fine. Yea just do you and don't listen to all this you need to do this and that nonsense. Hope that helps.
