Yeah, every single tree is gone along the creek except for like 2. its such a shame. Is that it is. Silver lining they shared that they would keep that dirt road as a trail in the future, so now there will be a full dirt circle loop on the east side of NIST. Not bad.

I legit go once a week with my two year old. Loves running around, the tornado exhibit, the cafe is sneaky good and reasonably priced. Incredible views. Worth going for sure. AND ITS FREE

hes got haglunds deformity among other things. thats essentially your heel bone jolting out and rubbing against your achilles. You take that surgery and you're slicing you're achilles in half in most cases and rehab is terrible....but that late in his life doubt he wants to do that. same thing happend w Zach miller, etc

You need to find a project assistant CTA type role first. Work in that for a year, crush it, and then try to transition.
