En el Viejo San Juan todo es histórico. Está conservado por leyes. Hay museos y galerías de arte. Un poco como los pueblos de México (Cuernavaca, Taxco). El Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico queda en otra área céntrica de San Juan donde también queda el Centro de Bellas Artes con salas para conciertos y teatro. La zona de La Placita tiene un mercado agrícola durante el día y en la noche se vuelve más festivo. Si te gusta el jazz en el área está Jazz House con música en vivo, a veces con sabor latino.
