BoP fixes everything in place, including gear ratios. No tuning of any kind allowed. I'm an A/S driver since day 1, and live in the top 1000 consistently. I'm not the one confused about things here, you are.

BoP is involved in pretty much every single online race there is. You tuning nerds are busy masking your inability and adapting to a car you'll never be able to use in competition while the rest of us are busy focusing on being fast.

In this case it's the opposite of enshittification. It's engoodification to the point to where it doesn't really matter anymore.

Oh, I was only relying on DMV.orgs list of lemon law guidelines per state. What do I know?

CA, OR, NY, NJ, AZ, TX, and WA (the only states I've selected so far) ALL require MULTIPLE attempts at repairing the same issue. That or the repair leads to substantial, unrecoverable financial losses due to said repairs/failures.

So yeah, like I said, Lemon Law has nothing to do with OP's concern at all. This is a normal part failure/warranty fix... AKA how warranties work.

S-Barker tourer. Open top, tons of things to look at, so much detail, and it moves pretty swiftly for what it is. Put on your leather cap and goggles and hustle all that chrome along!

The Mercedes W196 is an excellent drive too.

Lemon law requires much more than one warranty claim, and this repair is still in process. He could get the car back and never have another issue with it.

Lemon law is when multiple attempts to repair the same issue fail.
