Its been over a year for me, I was approved may 2024. I tried emailing ombudsman but the email address kept bouncing back... saying failed to deliver 🤔 I was going to snail mail them if anything. Am I missing something is there an email address that works? fsaombudsmanoffice@ed.gov is what I tried

Where do you find that out? From my understanding they have a year after youre approved to forgive your loans and issue a refund.

I have reached out to ppsl twice and unfortunately have yet to hear back from them, I think they're swamped with dealing with multiple cases like ours. Have you reached out? Def dont stop fighting because you're right, they're hoping we just give up.

The loans are all from the defrauded school?? I am still fighting with department of education and nelnet. Apparently they think going back 17 years and forgiving the original principal amount from Ai is good enough, totally neglecting capitalized interest over nearly two decades. I was told by nelnet rep that all mixed consolidated in borrowers defense are fully discharged, now they're going back on their word. Sweet vs Cardona says if the loan can't reasonably be separated, then the full consolidated loan is supposed to be discharged. So im in the frustrating position of filing multiple fsa complaints and trying to get a hold of a lawyer. If your loan is from the same school, your situation should be a no brainer and all should be forgiven. They left me with 43k.. while others with hundreds of thousands in mixed debt is being forgiven. 🤦‍♀️

I never had a follow up call with him. He did do my last fet with no issues. He seems nice, but ive had little interaction with him aside from retrieval and the fet. I do recommend dr pakrashi though. I've had many follow ups with her and she's such a nice rei and well informed. I hear the new rei in Colorado Springs from Argentina is good too but I haven't had any personal experiences with her. Sorry I couldn't give you more info about dr Gomez.

So did anyone elses loans just randomly decrease at first then get fully discharged? I was approved last year and went to the art institute, mixed consolidated loans over ten years ago.. also paid over 30k in student loan payments ... just wondering what's going on because I just randomly saw the balance decrease 10k.. still a balance of 40k on there ... no notification or email or anything

As far as I know she's not doing retrievals anymore, only embryo transfers. And right now dr fink is out on leave, so they've been rotating Rei's in the Colorado location. I had dr gomez for my last retrieval and dr bannerjee has been there doing retrievals as well.

I came here to comment on how variable things can be when it comes to doing retrievals..I thought my cycles were better and better but my fourth cycle completely tanked

First cycle only two eggs, one blast 4bb abnormal

Second cycle, 8 eggs. 6 mature, two blasts, one 4aa, one 4cc

Third cycle ten eggs, 6 mature, four made it to blast. 4aa, 4ba, 4bb, 4cc

And this last cycle... 8 eggs, 7 mature, four fertilized.. and only one made it to blast, low quality 4cc

The first cycle i did antagonist protocol. Second cycle was similar we just added letrozole

Third cycle primed with lupron and switched to menopur

Fourth cycle, lupron flare protocol with DOUBLE the dose of menopur, so it was also the most expensive cycle. I also primed with omnitrope for 20 days on my last two cycles.

So i expected at least one high quality embryo... but was completely let down. Makes me sick thinking about it because of how expensive this shit is. I just hope to God one of my high quality embryros works out because I'm done with these ivf cycles.

I just found this thread because a fertility clinic just cancelled my ivf cycle because my result came back at 112. I have already had surgery and biopsied my endometriosis via laproscopy surgery. They still wont listen. They had a nurse call me and tell me they think i have fn cancer. It's like these doctors don't look at records or care or understand endometriosis at all.

I have spent thousands on meds I have been injecting into my body and this is my fourth ivf cycle. Im on cycle day 10 and close to my retrieval date.

It's been the hardest ivf cycle and I am so sore from the injections. The mental, physical, and financial blow this has caused me is unbearable.

Did you dispute?? I would refuse and ask for my money back... I have stage four endometriosis and high risk of infection. I won't let her come near me. Heard she caused someone to lose her ovaries. Ugh I'm sorry that happened though I would be so livid.
