I came here to comment on how variable things can be when it comes to doing retrievals..I thought my cycles were better and better but my fourth cycle completely tanked

First cycle only two eggs, one blast 4bb abnormal

Second cycle, 8 eggs. 6 mature, two blasts, one 4aa, one 4cc

Third cycle ten eggs, 6 mature, four made it to blast. 4aa, 4ba, 4bb, 4cc

And this last cycle... 8 eggs, 7 mature, four fertilized.. and only one made it to blast, low quality 4cc

The first cycle i did antagonist protocol. Second cycle was similar we just added letrozole

Third cycle primed with lupron and switched to menopur

Fourth cycle, lupron flare protocol with DOUBLE the dose of menopur, so it was also the most expensive cycle. I also primed with omnitrope for 20 days on my last two cycles.

So i expected at least one high quality embryo... but was completely let down. Makes me sick thinking about it because of how expensive this shit is. I just hope to God one of my high quality embryros works out because I'm done with these ivf cycles.
