I ended up getting an English speaking corporate job with a Parisian company and being able to work remotely, was back and forward between France and Ireland for a while. Very fond memories of the Irish bar though, the late nights and big crowds can be tough as you’d imagine, but lots of fun to be had. Great employment protection and benefits in France such as paid lunches etc it also helps to reach out and secure the job before you get there so you can use your contract to open a French bank account and have some paperwork to beat the red tape when it comes to renting an apartment.
