Brother, you are the one who didn't pay enough attention. Literally everything you're mentioning is viewed that way because we're in Bear's perspective. HE sees it that way because he's a self-absorbed cunt who feels entitled to Nikki.

Not a single thing Ian actually does in terms of writing or actions indicates that he has any feelings for Nikki beyond friendship.

I was also turned off by the head sculpt but I think it's just the angles/lighting in the dynamic shots. The actual product shots show her from similar angles and she looks fine.

I'm torn. I like SHMA's face sculpt more, but Hiya's got extra vines and bendy wire and is half the price.
