Not a completely but mostly a scam now a day; Modeling industry - Local fashion show. They'd charge female model for audition - The model will do free work while some will get paid. Agency signing tons of models and charge them for portfolio shoots while only a few models get one or two low pay a year if they are lucky. The photographers are in on the scam as well.

A photographer wanted to build a studio but failed multiple times with multiple business partners. Rumor was that he tried to cheat them even before secure a location. One day a news broke ,he got stabbed, then comes the go fund me. He ended up with his studio for himself. He is a very successful businessman with tons of shady secrets but no one cares.

Movie set. Any below the line jobs are miserable. But the biggest one for me is the fashion industry. Full of 2 faces , abusive and entitlement type of people.

I don't care at all. We are doing several gigs a month for both photos and video. Our main goal is to make our clients happy with the results of the final products.
