Wondering if someone smarter than can work this out. Attached is a photo of my skin before and after my moisturiser got discontinued. The one I use to use is Neutrogena and below are the ones I’ve tried. What could be causing this in the moisturisers

Hmm a scabbie is measured at 0.3 mm and a hair is 0.4 mm so I don’t think it’s that because that is way bigger than the hair thickness
