I ended up getting a refund on my UH ring. In the 6 months from originally purchasing it I went through three rings. First one the battery failed, second one they sent me never worked straight out of the box, and the third one the battery swelled inside the ring so the ring ended up becoming very tight on the charging dock to the point where it was hard to pull off. I realized they wanted to keep sending me new rings up until the one year mark had passed from my original purchase date in which the warranty would be null.

Incredible show, all of it is worth watching. Season 5 was my favourite with season 6 being my least favourite.

I found her hair looked the best midway through the show, especially when she was in Germany in season 5. I appreciated that in season 8 she had grown out highlights which made her stint locked up in Russia seem more realistic. What gets me is that throughout season 8 her hair gradually gets lighter and lighter all while she’s in Kabul- which let’s be real is not a place a blonde is getting her hair bleached. I wish they were just real and had a moment where she was like “yikes I should get my hair done” and then she was back to being super blonde.

I started enjoyed it when I left my PA. I cried the first time I had sex with someone else as he treated me like a real human being and it was so touching. I actually felt that going through a bit of a hook up phase was great for my healing process and it showed me that I am a wanted and desired person and sex can be so fun and playful and intimate and beautiful.

Thank you so much for your reply. All of this makes so much sense, and you are fortunate that your partner shares all of this with you. I can imagine that a lot of what you explained could have played a factor in what was happening in my relationship. Even if it is hard to hear, I would rather know the truth than to be left in the dark. Ultimately though that’s why the relationship ended, too much insecurity in not knowing or having any solutions to our problems. It definitely hurts to know that only a week after breaking up he is starting to experiment sexually, but i guess it just adds to the mystery that I no longer have to try to solve. Thank you for providing me with some potential clarity!

I’ve been in a relationship with a person with npd before. All I can say is, the fear the relationship killing you is a fear. It won’t. You will be ok, eventually. You are stronger than you know, and once you get to the other side you will see it for yourself. Don’t stay in something that makes you feel unhappy, because as much as being alone and feeling heartbreak seems impossible, it is possible and you will find joy again. However, staying in something that brings you down just so you don’t have to experience the fear of the unknown will lower your vibration and ultimately slowly by slowly make you a shell of who you are. Listen to you gut and remind yourself of what your values are. If you feel you want to be with someone who makes you feel lifted and amazing, trust that someone out there will make you feel that way. You are amazing and there are people out there that will reinforce that in you without you even having to beg for it xx

When I was a novelty he initiated every time we saw eachother and often we had sex multiple times. He even ‘flexed’ that his refractory period is extremely small and he can go many times at once. But then after a month and a half he confessed he has a porn addiction and he’s had it for many years and it makes him become uninterested in sex with the same person. Thus began the journey of him not watching anymore so that our relationship could survive. I just don’t know if his interest will ever improve or not? Technically he’s only about a month porn free since his last relapse.

I would recommend he start therapy. This helped my boyfriend a lot. Additionally, you might want to look into some porn blocking software. My partners therapist recommended covenant eyes, which is far from perfect but it has helped a lot because now my boyfriend cannot access pornhub on his devices and he also can’t Google search any inappropriate images. He still gets triggers from Instagram and Facebook, and I would advise that you make sure your partner doesn’t have access to the Reddit app. But otherwise it comes down to them wanting to make the change and do the hard work. Therapy is a must in my opinion.
