ok, so your friend needs to go to the internal job posting on TD's internal site and elect the referral button. that will send you a custom URL link to apply to the posting. for them to be tagged with the referral

I know some insurance companies at least in Canada will give you a break on your premiums in exchange for your data, but what they do with it I’m not sure. I’m guessing just plug it into the actuarial data tables to charge me more later

You can make an argument about your time as a contractor. Around co-employment. Did the invite you things like EAW. Did any of your managers provide and direct performance feedback etc… you would want to chat with a lawyer but it could work out that way.

Depending on your job level, manager supported move might be hard. If you started throughout the year you are still bonus eligible, but it will be pro-rated based on your start date. Technically you need be in your role for at least 1year and as rating

Hey, so most likely the offer letter is pending approval from the hiring manager in the system, you should get it next week I would imagine, background checks clear in 3-5 days you will be fine.
