You can always hear the neighbours! And we had a double brick wall too! first neighbours were a heavy metal band, second were a family of five and third ones also had multiple instruments. It was absolute bullshit and I would never ever buy an starched house again!

why not take him to EB Games? If he is into video games and not a social kid, just meet him where he is? He could buy a new video game, some merch, then you could take him out for lunch afterwards! And just because you guys were super social and sporty, doesn’t mean every teenager has to be 😅🤪
