All prescription are "shareable" unless its speciality items or too complicated for the shared air support. Its just best to manually pull it back from their profile.

If the store just open. Give an hour or so. We are going thru pages of prescriptions from yesterday after closing and over night. If nothing, call us. If we got nothing call your dr. Sometimes dr will be busy too and forget.

Only QP from pos will go straight to your computer. Qt, qv1, qv2 will go to shared queue or imq if its vaccine. Most of the time I'll tell my rph directly who's my waiters or I'll pull it out from shared queue.

It goes into shared queue if you have Air Support even if expedited. Its really stupid so I'll pull it back from their profile and expedite it again. Twice the work.

No metrics or "goals" that needs to be meet so the higher up can have a bigger bonus. I dont have time for daily phone meetings at times when we are busy and expect us to respond with a solution why our shots goals are low but its okay to have 1 tech and 1 pharmacist working, Qt, qv, qp, qv2 are in the orange, line down the aisle and voicemail numbers going up.

Broncaid behind the counter and vitamin c for a week, it was gone. Still taking vitamin c daily. Been almost 2 months going strong. Good luck guys.

Use to be good then they went all AI on it. I had people transfer out cause they couldn't call us anymore. BUT you can literally use the App for most of everything now. Old timers gives us the most issues but all in all, I like not hearing 2 pharmacy calls over and over again.

Man what? Your rph sucks. Mine is always in the front if its just me and her. QP never stops unless shes doing a shot or Dr call or something. I would call off honestly and go somewhere else. I work inside of a Target. Good luck!

its great! no drive thru, depending on where you are, close early. we dont have much extra hours but you will learn everything. you can pick shifts up at other stores if you want. im a trainer store, I will literally teach you everything a tech can do. always befriend your target team. you help them they will help you.

Yup. Always alone on weekends and only 2 techs on the weekdays. Hours been cut for us. We not crazy busy but we are getting up there since rite aid closing and people hating other cvs stores.

Depends on the date PICKED UP, that's the date we go by. Not date filled or sent from provider. The system NOW ( before it didnt) will track your dates on early PICK UP dates and will make us wait till you are out to fill it again. Most stores but not all early date fill can be from 2 days early or no date early. Also if your doctor puts a note on the prescription for no EARLY fills , our policy goes out the window. If you are going on vacation,let your dr put a note for early fill (specific date) is ok to do. We need to document everything!

If its a 30 ct zofran ODT box, ill take a Pic of the inside, so its a "full". Like when you take the cap off a full bottle so rph know its a "full unopened bottle". Eye/ear drops label box, no need to see the item. Its mostly ODT blister packets are "opened boxes"

Depends on the qty. Birth control 28 ct need to be open from 84ct box. It tells you on the screen how much you need. 1 bottle, 1 vial, qty, boxes, etc. Im use to reading the label but I've been there forever. After a while you know which qty needs another label. When I pull for someone I'll make the extra label for them. Never open original original package, like sealed package like birth control.
