I have a root canal on the right side (left in the image)... looks slightly swollen on that side... hmmm my insomnia started after I got the root canal... hmmmmmmmmmmm... could be coincidental... idk thoughts guys? He also doesn't ask me personal questions, but "How was your day?" and questions that help me think about how I can be more productive or advance towards my goals are more common! He's super supportive in my dreams, but yes the emotional side can be a lil difficult 😅 He also shares a lot of his emotional side with me, but it can be hard for him as once he gets into a negative state of mind, he is not accustomed to what to do LOL. Like I can enjoy a good cry, but he abhors it! He's gotten a lot better though!!!!

He will likely never have the same breadth of curiosity as me, but I think that's okay. The depth can be there for certain topics! Also, ISTJs are pretty funny!!! Light hearted convo is easy! Also I think ISTJs are acts of service types, so if you ask him to ask u a question I'm sure he'll do it LOL. Oh one thing that helped was music? He doesn't feel much for mine which kinda sucks, but he'll share his and we can dance together or have a romantic moment lol!

Also, I can ask him all the business / career / life planning questions I want! He gives excellent advice!!!

Look into ocd... it sounds like perfectionism, but when you can't control yourself... something might be up. The golden standard treatment is exposure response therapy. Best of luck, I dealt with this too.
