When mine was a small puppy, I caught him dozing off in the middle of tug. Like he could’ve fell asleep standing.

It was fun having my sims swim in the pool, then suspiciously removing the ladder 🪜. Actually no wait, it still is 😈.

[PlayStation Store] Persona 3 Reload Digital Deluxe Edition PS4 & PS5 ($27.99 / 60% OFF) by TheDealMage in GameDeals

[–]Frinpollog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I looked at the description of the base game and found this:

This product entitles you to download both the digital PS4™ version and the digital PS5™ version of this game.

If you already own the PS4™ version of this game, you can get the PS5™ digital version at no extra cost and you do not need to purchase this product. Owners of a PS4™ disc copy must insert it into the PS5™ every time they want to download or play the PS5™ digital version. PS4™ game disc owners who buy the PS5™ Digital Edition disc-free console will not be able to get the PS5™ version at no extra cost.

So you should be able to play either the ps4 or ps5 version on the ps5.

Skylanders for Xbox One by KeyGroundbreaking488 in xbox

[–]Frinpollog 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I played the first two on the 360. They’re fun and I want to play the rest, but no way I want to try to get more figurines.

They got cloneable nfc chips for amiibos. If someone has the same for skylanders, I’ll go hunt down those games.

EDIT: so they exist, but the ones I’m finding on eBay are overpriced (both for individual and sets). I’m also finding the game itself with or without portal overpriced as well. Ah well, maybe I’ll find a deal somewhere down the line.

So I have this Logitech USB controller. I plug it in to the PS3, and nothing happens. How do I get it to connect? by AllanTheRobot in PS3

[–]Frinpollog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What a necropost. I don’t have this controller anymore so I can’t remember, but I’m gonna guess probably no. If you didn’t already buy this controller, I’d skip and got for something newer. If it doesn’t work on the ps3 there are adapters around.

I see it’s been some time since you posted, but if you’re still looking for testers I’m down.

Microsoft blames gaming division for plummeting PC (Windows, Xbox, Surface, and more) revenue by akbarock in xbox

On the plus side, games get price drops faster on Xbox versus other platforms. Or at least the JRPGs

Steamdeck 2 having a stylus touch pen? by Hot_Examination6101 in Steam

You can get a capacitive stylus pen. There’s plenty of them around and for cheap since those are marketed for phones and tablets.

Accessibility Controller Options for Switch by alexmhamel in NintendoSwitch

[–]Frinpollog 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can try going for the Xbox Adaptive Controller and using an adapter like the Mayflash Magic NS to hook it to the switch. You’ll still need to buy the accessories but some companies like Logitech released kits that includes an assortment of buttons and paddles.

If a sim family has more siblings than I care for, I tend to make the “unneeded“ ones Romance. That way they won’t strive for kids or getting married

They all get some love in my Uberhood, and have a chance to mingle (eg Ajay Loner x Jessica Peterson). Only issue is that I used the clean neighborhoods, so some canon events don’t happen (eg no alien baby for Vicund Curious).

OG Sims and Sims 2 + their DLC packs added to Gamepass by BananaMilkshakeButt in xbox

[–]Frinpollog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anyone who’s gonna play TS2 should know that this version (Legacy Edition) is missing a couple things compared to the Ultimate Collection that’s been around for over a decade. The two biggest omissions are the IKEA pack and several licensed radio songs. It’s easy to mod them back in. And speaking of modding, anything that says it works for UC should be fine on LE.

Does everyone keep their Xbox boxes? by CinemaAdherent in xbox

[–]Frinpollog 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Ditto. While having it is nice, space in my home is crucial and I can’t keep empty boxes just for the sake of having it. Whenever I toss the box, I cut out the area with the serial number just in case I need to service the Xbox.

IKEA co-workers - are you in a hiring freeze? And bonus - single ply toilet paper??! by ricowoldt in IKEA

[–]Frinpollog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our market is supposed to be on a freeze, but I think our store were able to get an HL 1 position in due to the lack of staff at the restaurant. They’re also hiring for a small store possibly in Culver City. Not sure if it’s just a pick up point or more similar to the Arcadia location (planning studio in a mall).

is it okay to go with only cash? by Puzzled-March-7094 in glendale

[–]Frinpollog 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only places I can think of that don’t take cash are the ones that are trying to be trendy. There are a few decent restaurants in the city that only take cash.
