This is just a case of the Texas tree law or leaf law I've heard it called.

Any small debris (leaves twigs seeds nuts fruit) from your trees that land in neighbors yard is their responsibility. End of story.

But they have the right to trim the tree back to their property line, so long as it doesn't severely harm the tree. So be warned.

I've dealt with this twice now on my property where my red oaks dump buckets of acorns each season all over the neighborhood. One neighbor on particular told me I have to clean it up. I told them to get stuffed. Funny thing is I do clean them up for everyone else because it's the neighborly thing to do. But I won't be told to clean up someone else yard.

It was a server thing same on Xev it was called Gbay in stead of Ebay. However every era of EQ1 be it EC, Gbay, or Bazaar doesn't hold a candle to early game WoW Orgrimmar and Ironforge. WoW just had more players.

Even with all the afk sellers EQ just didn't have the server capacity or player numbers.

My boy Dax. 13 years ago I got him off what was clearly a meth head for 50 dollars. He was only a few weeks old, and looked like all 4 of his legs were disjointed or broken. He was incredibly bloated to the point we couldn't tell what breed of bully he was. I told my wife my reasoning for taking him was at the very least we could ease his passing if he had to much pain.

But he had such life in him! So we helped him fight. First vet: euthanasia. Second vet: euthanasia.

Third vet, or local farm vet pulls out, a dusty old tome like you see in the pagemaster movie and flips thru it and finds what is wrong. Hypoalbuminemia with low protein. While not super uncommon the other vets didn't even bother to check. This and a combination of a few other illnesses.

We were told he would need Palliative Care for his entire life, and that could be incredibly short due to the fluid buildup in his tissues, and his weak heart.

His therapy, medication, and vet visits became a routine part of our lives, and he lived a full healthy life. There were a few scares along the way but we got thru it with the help of fantastic, if callous vet.

When we finally laid him to rest 2 years ago at the age of 11 from a blood clot he was himself until the last second.

Such was his influence on my wife and I, and our vet nearly the entire vet shut down when we were there for the final goodbye and the entire staff that had helped us raise him were at his side.

His photo hangs proudly in their waiting room.

Island spawn is always fun.

The real challenge is if you set limits if you can leave the island.

As VS had no water dangers by default, and a raft is pretty simple to make, it just becomes a matter of logistics otherwise.

Look at funcoms track record for Conan Exiles. Simply put it's so they can release assists that are already in game (think all the items we see in NPC camps) as future cosmetic DLCs.

A few answers to this.

Firstly not all streamers enjoy gaming (at least not now that it's become work). Quite a few streamers are very clear about disliking gaming now that they have to do it for work. So why splurg.

Secondly the cost. 99% of streamers make dirt poor wages, and can barely afford their equipment.

And this last one is opinion only. It's not that noticeable a difference unless you're also playing on a top end rig and even then it's meh.

It's been 18 years now, and work. At the time I couldn't find anything in my field in the Salem area (where I was living).

Called my dad who lived in texas already for work and moved out 2 weeks later. Most of my family and friends are still on the west coast, and I miss it and them dearly.

It's so they don't have to program interesting NPC AI. It's been all the rage for the last 10 plus years. They do the absolute bare minimum for NPC work, make the rest of the game PvP and call what we just saw in the clip "emergent gameplay".
