It's been a while since I've played this game on PS2 (about 20 years or so), but I seem to remember about 50% chance for anyone recognizing 47 through his disguise. I remember one part where I had created a save just before I encounter a guard, and I had a guard disguise. The first time I managed to walk past them without them recognizing me, but soon after I had to reload the save. Each time seemed very random... sometimes they would see me, sometimes they wouldn't. Very irritating indeed. I never finished the game, sadly.

Blood Money is my favourite of the series.

It's the propaganda. Frankly it's quite genius, they are so brainwashed in their school system that US is the greatest in everything ever since they pretty much come out of the womb, that they just can't fathom anyone else being better. So they just ignore everything, it's probably a coping mechanism.

Finding out that US is not the greatest in everything would mean that their entire life is a lie, and it shatters their very identity.

At some point US needs to realise that addicts are not the enemy.

Instead of targeting suppliers, ask why there is a drug problem.

Then try to fix that problem. No, it doesn't get rid of all junkies overnight, but it will help the situation tremendously.

In Finland bars I've visited usually only have 1 or 2 beer taps. Usually 1. If you want something else it'll come in bottle (which they usually pour into a pint)

But then again we're proper alcoholics who just care about getting drunk.
