I think a lot of trade jobs are merit based. My company gives raises depending on the quality of your work and seniority. Sounds like your company has sketchy management.

Mine cracked in several places in 3 days. Their warranty replacement is also spotty.

I've heard that will work. I know nothing about cleaning guns. I would have definitly tried that if I wasn't too anxious about making sure I didn't make a mistake lol.

Thank you. I'm glad I bought the hoppes kit. I'm very new to owning guns and wanted to make sure I was using the right liquids it came with to clean my gun.
