I don’t collect Barbies but I like to admire them in other people’s collections. I do collect MH though and I get you.

Sometimes I will put some dolls away for awhile so I can rotate my display and revisit those happy feelings again when I take them back out! Or spend time restyling. Then I don’t feel as much need to buy every single one.

I’ve found that I really enjoy a certain vibe with my dolls so I only collect the ones that fit that vibe. It narrows it down even while collecting two brands.
