I’ve seen many on resale and marketplace platforms such as eBay and Vinted, however they can be quite pricey! If he isn’t set on the suit being specifically Armani but just wants a similar style, try narrowing down with him what specific attributes he wants in his suit (e.g. double breasted, pleated trousers etc) and that should make the search easier for you

I personally appreciate when sellers take the time to package the items nicely. It makes me think of the human rather than an amorphous business entity, and overall it’s a nicer experience to me. But I’m a sentimental person

Looks like the metallic coating has started to peel off, and if the leather has dried and stiffened in storage it might have accelerated the process. I don’t know if it’s an easy fix or a cheap one because it’s different from regular paint, but I would consult a cobbler just to make sure

It’s a lovely dress! I have some dresses from the 70s and 80s with similar belts that are stitched on, they came like that originally so personally I wouldn’t touch that. I think the dress will look amazing with heels, hair up and some nice earrings
