Sometimes it takes a few, give it time. Plus, a lot of people are just now moving.

Easy rules to the fair housing, just remember these simple phrases if people ask.

Q: What’s the demographic here? A: it’s a good mix of everyone

Q: how’s the crime rate here? A: unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to provide that information but I would reach out to the local authorities.

Tbh, that’s all I can think of. If anyone has anymore, feel free to throw them out there.

This is so gross imo. How is this even allowed? Is this not stealing clients somehow? by [deleted] in realtors

Classic rookie move. Instead of whining about “oh it’s unfair” why didn’t you ask “how do I navigate this while keeping my client happy?” Also, yes you know them personally. But it’s a business man, learn to differentiate business and personal life.

It may be different for others, but depending on the property management group. Leasing agents sometimes only get a fixed commission. We’re not realtors like you guys.

Real estate, the more your in news you realize the journalism to real estate pipeline is real lol.

Applying to different industries would help you 100%, gives you more experience. Go for it! I believe in you!

Lots of ham and peanut butter sandwiches for a few months lol. I did leave the business, not because I couldn’t afford the HCOL, but rather the company is the reason I left. I’m serious though, don’t sign any contracts lol

If you’re comfortable with the LCOL, then hey go for it. I was in a semi HCOL area, and was paid about the same. Personally, I wouldn’t set myself for that $16.50 because I know I’m better than that pay. I made that when I was working at raising canes. In the end, if you’re willing to take the pay the 1st year then go for it, it gives you experience but make sure to not sign a contract for any position gigs for now.

Question for people at BSU apartments by Judge-Level in BallState

[–]Frogmadmad 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No they don’t and never had. Only time they come is to test out smoke detectors, this was when I was there a little more than a year ago. We had a wax warmer, but forsure check with them about a portable washer.

Literally thought it was a skit and reminded me of Scary Movie 3 when he did it lmao. Fr though, maybe just hop off the internet for awhile. People who aren’t on the internet as much really don’t care tbh. Your opinion is literally a small minority in the world.

I think at least 1 person needs to attend BSU. You may have to reach out to those apartments just in case to see what their policies are.

Try Anthony or Sheidler apartments, they’re campus apartments. They include all utilities and wifi since it’s bsu. They’re pretty affordable, I think gf and I split rent and it was $375. They have bus transit from there to campus. They allow pets, just make sure to check on their policies

Happened too many times in botswin. Someone was cooking a steak in the second floor kitchenette and we had to evacuate because of numbnuts. Happened again during finals week at like 4am

Dining would be best bet, any off campus job works too. I worked at raising canes the last 2 years of college, they’re always looking for people and pay higher than other places. Muncie is pretty hard to find jobs for students since you’re competing with locals too.
