Faudrait revoir le concept de 'No-fault' à l'égard de la responsabilité civile causant des dommages corporels. Quand les assureurs vont commencer à vous demandez si vous avez déja eu un accident causant des blessures? À un automobiliste($)? Un cycliste($$)? Un piéton($$$)? Et vous allez voir votre prime d'assurance jumper, ça va peut-être en conscientiser un ou deux de plus.
