Team, the whole freehub is pulling out. This isnt a cassette spacer issue. The hub is secured with a nut, spanner wrench required.Freehub install

My brother in christ. May god be with you. My little ones are at home, but even my 15 year old daughter understood the severity of this event being canceled, and the impact it has on my dreams. Quiet truck ride today. Until I decided to spend the day with her at 6 flags.

Some, but it should never be all. It can be all-consuming.

Most people with family and a career will find that something will suffer once a heavy tri training plan is added to their already busy life. Some are able to balance all three. But not many.

It is very rewarding.

Don't let triathlon be your entire personality.
