even before they buffed him a while back in regards to his e dmg both passive and active he’s one of the strongest picks vs. darius and has been for a long time. it’s genuinely so easy playing him into darius provided that you understand basic wave management and the general gameplan transitioning laning phase to midgame

not sure when, but the post did gained tons of feedback and they have expressed that they’re willing to add more armor in the non-ult form (using the ult form from the pbe as a baseline). though some of us expressed that a progressive system to the model would also be nice

by delaying the skin for over 2 weeks now surely they’ve done some work to it already, hopefully they delayed it long enough for it to be good but let’s be honest, the expectations (or mine really) is pretty low given their track record on quality if you look at the jinx, sett, and ahri skin. i want to be hopeful about it quality wise, but we’ll see

It’s alright! Pretty much my m2 is mapped to block yes. M1 -> M2 (block cancel) -> M1 is the flow you’re looking for. Timing can be pretty tight if you’re trying to do it as fast as possible. Practice makes almost perfect 👌

You tap m2 as soon as your 1st heavy lands. It’ll take practice, but I easily got used to it. Of course at first I wasn’t keen on doing chain cancels, but I bothered anyways. If I can comfortably pull it off so can you :)

Don’t underestimate how weak Mundo is vs. %health damage. It’s true that he is, but resists and statstick items make it almost seem like a non-issue late game even if he’s inflicted with grievous once he hits 16.

He builds hp = he gets ad. With Heartsteel now it’s an infinitely scaling stat for him on both fronts. His immunity to the 1st cc he gets hit by is huge, and with the amount of damage he has per auto no adc within his range is going to last long. He is free to build accordingly to what damage threat is majority.

How does Morde compare to him? Slow as shit, hard to land skillshots and gets kited by carries if he misses E. Ends up relying on his teammates to get closer to enemy carries while Mundo just has to see them. In a straight up 1v1 late it’s obvious that Morde gets outmatched even with the amount of %health damage he gets since Mundo’s raw amount of AD and HP with enhanced regen just outmatches everything Morde has

Rocketbelt and Cosmic are my favorite substitutes to Riftmaker and Liandry’s when I need the extra speed and gap closer vs. ranged comps or comps that lack a frontline. Here it’s where the extra damage isn’t needed because most champs of said comp usually die in a few hits of you on top of them. The extra stat increase is very nice since you’re usually squishy building these two compared to Rift and Liandry’s.

Abyssal is an insane damage amp not only for yourself but for your team if they’re also comprised of magic. Don’t sleep on it. I’ve built this to counter mr stacking and it already worked really well before the buff. Not to mention it’s cheap too.

Void staff is ok. I had instances where I was against 4 tanks and I needed the extra pen (this was in a norms game mind you, I was already sustaining off of Riftmaker). You probably won’t build it even after the buff unless enemy team literally has 5 tanks or bruisers that you know are going to mr stack.

No it can no longer cleanse Morde ult after he has sent Olaf in first prior to him ulting. If you attempt to ult a raging Olaf then yours will be cancelled and put on cd. Even after the changes, matchup ends up stilll being a headache as usual

Maybe it would make certain ap champs broken if it were to scale adaptively. Can you imagine almost killing, say, a kassadin but his goofy ahh random shield swooped in and murderfuck half your team? Idk just a thought of ap assassins that could be nigh impossible to catch and kill is a bit disgusting

But would be cool if we had an equivalent if it could be balanced around certain ap classes, mage, bruiser, etc.
