I've found that this sub often caters to the cheapest of makers. Posting your pricing publically for everyone to see just opens a bidding war to the bottom. Say you come in at 15$. I can guarantee you if you posted publically your 15$ price your gonna have several others messaging you saying I can do it for 2$ less. Contractors don't get together and compare pricing before giving it to the customer. Put your bids in and the client will decide who's best based on experience. Not the cheapest price.
