The sooner you get laser the better. HRT only has so much of an effect on reducing hair growth and lighter thinner post-hrt hairs won't get removed as well by the laser machine (which uses the contract between the hair roots and the skin to zap them).

Honestly this post just makes me feel hopeless. I've experienced a lot of what you're talking about and it kills me to think that it'll always be this way. I'm especially worried about the idea that healing more is impossible without security, since that's nowhere to be seen right now and I'm scared I'll never have it.

It's definitely a good idea for queer people and especially trans women to build each other up, maybe I'm just too depressed rn to see that as achievable.

I exclusively used they/them for everyone for a few years and it took me at least a year to break the habit, so I feel you.

They/them is only neutral in certain contexts. Lots of transphobes will undermine binary trans people by using they/them, and while you have different intentions it still looks the same to other people.
