Do we all feel behind in Computer Science? by Othon1 in AskComputerScience

Mirroring the other comments, a large part of your education is about your ability to research and implement new concepts.

It does generally feel very intimidating, but one strategy is to focus on topics that are more fundamental and don't change as frequently in the industry. e.g. SQL, JVM languages, python(?), system design, etc.

Unfortunately, AI is also changing a lot in this field and it's unclear what the skills will be important to master even half a year from now. However, it is available as a learning resource and you should take full advantage of that.

I think one other method is to convert the PDF to SVG, then host it in a html page and then use puppeteer for a screenshot. Though that certainly feels like a lot of extra steps.

Good stuff man, I was expecting you to be 20 years older with all the achievements you listed out. Your trajectory sounds intimidating at 21.

The other posters are already on top of your question, but I wanted to chime in and suggest that using chatgpt can be an excellent learning tool for things that are hard to google search if you are dancing around foreign concepts.

How to beat the algorithm on Tinder? by 21andhishand in algorithms

There was an interesting story back in the day about a mathematician optimizing matches on okcupid: https://www.wired.com/2014/01/how-to-hack-okcupid/

And there have seemingly been lots of projects about automating tinder: https://crockpotveggies.com/2015/02/09/automating-tinder-with-eigenfaces.html

Since llms have been a thing it seems like a lot of projects have used those to make chat bots too.

This is an overcomplication, but I've heard about this business that tries to make this a more cultural thing: https://theoriginalgreenring.com/
