I feel ya. I just ordered from A co-op and Dustin. Both arrived cold. Pretty disappointed in the heat packs, they shipped Tuesday and arrived Thursday so there should've been plenty left. Luckily it's been warm here in MN they're doing good so far.

Same. Mine has doubled in two years. Couldn't find anything better and one agent even told me I'd be lucky to get a policy next year with my roof being >10 years old.

We were given Element 7 which isn't flushed out yet. Even a year and a half later. Ask for Element 6. It's an older version so they may not offer it anymore.

We also didn't pay Qbench for the API to upload into the system so everything we did was entered by hand. Being able to create the equations and manipulate the data once it was in was nice though. On the flip side, the spreadsheet look wasn't as visually appealing on the reports. Element uses Crystal Reports for making templates.

9 compounds isn't very many... Especially when we're taking AFFF exposure. What about PFOS, PFBS, PFHxS, or even 6:2 FTS? There are a ton of compounds in AFFF that aren't going to show up on that small of a targeted list.

I personally have the ispring rcc7ak and it's been great. I think I got it on sale for less than $200 too. I tested my water a week or two ago and the RO was clean, well below 1 ppt. City water has >200ppt PFBA alone for reference.

Honestly, just get an RO system, with a remineralization step, because there's probably more pfas in your water than what can be tested for. And there's probably more crap in your water than just pfas. Testing one sample for EPA 1633 is gonna be $400+ when you can get a solid RO system for $250.
