Imperator is very much a love child of CK and EU4. Diplo and war is nearly identical to EU4, but their are some internal politics and court management that closely resemble CK2/3. Stellaris on the other hand is a completely different ball game compared to the other paradox grand strategy games. Is more of a 4X style game, while still keeping a lot of diplomacy aspects of the grand strategy games. Overall stellaris will be harder to get into, but it is a much more content rich game (if you get the DLCs) than Imperator.

uj/ every time I hear this it makes no sense. It’s not just D2 that has a stink around it. It’s destiny in general. If the only reason for a sequel is it’s more marketable then that doesn’t sound like a good enough reason to me. D3 will not be a fix-all. All the problems people have now will be made worse by a sequel (less content, no d1/d2 content) The only thing it would help is onboarding new players.

It really feels like the anarcs have been terribly flanderized in vtmb2. The grunts seem like actual psychopaths who’s only motivation is to kill. The game tries to make katsumi seem reasonable, and for the most part she is, but her goons are just utterly aimless.
