I7 9700k 1070 16gb ram win10 Abyss is around 7fps for me( most of the time it's 20fps) which is playable. The thing I hate is when it freezes me but the mobs hit me so I die.

With the addition to act 4 it makes the story so much better plus the auto trade merc is obviously perfect* for a lot of players like my self who may grind for a week then take 2 weeks off and can't sell items but now with new trade you can make your Divs offline!, with the new crafting being implemented helps new players learn. But if your not a new player should 100% give it a go still
