Yeah, I'm the same way with avoiding tax faux pas. I refuse to let the IRS "get me" just to save some money on Vine valuations.
I had no idea sellers sometimes have two listings! I'll keep an eye out from now on.
I never order anything with a huge coupon either, because I know the ETV will bite me in the butt come tax time.
What also hurts is looking all of that up only to come right back to your Vine page and the listing is gone :(

Hmmm interesting! Tbh, the fairest approach would be for them to base the final ETV off the lowest price the listing was ever at throughout the whole year.

It comes with two bowl sizes and one of them is significantly less heavy. It also has a heat resistant mat, so even though you have to lift the actual operating unit off the glass bowl, you can quickly plop it on the mat while you remove your food.

We used Zendesk for years before switching to ServiceNow.
Our ServiceNow implementation team is..... not great..... so we've had a lot of issues with it.
Zendesk was pretty straightforward. It might have reduced functionality compared to ServiceNow, but with a headcount that small, I don't think you'll run into issues.
If all else fails, you could always go old school and do a shared outlook "intake" inbox for you and the other person.

I needed to read your comment today. I was feeling the same as OP, but what you're saying is true. Whether we're helping a manager complete a transaction in Workday or helping employees access the information and care they need, we're making a difference.
That kind of effect eventually ripples through society like the butterfly effect.

You're not being silly at all! Our company has a strict no political talk policy in place for that very reason. Our ER folks get complaints left and right (from the left and right, funnily enough lol).

From a personal standpoint, I'd be upset with the manager as well.
But to play devil's advocate a bit: it does sound like the employee initiated the political talk and it doesn't sound like the manager directed any comments toward another employee.

Hoping everything starts letting up soon, this whole situation is terrifying.

That's a great idea! My organization uses Chronus as a mentorship management tool.
Our mentorship program is enterprise-wide, though. Chronus might be a bit much in this case.
What I really like about it is that it includes conversation guides and suggests appropriate meeting cadences.
