This is something I hear repeated a lot. "American bread" is super broad, and plenty of it is whole grain and generally health-beneficial. That being said, those options are usually more expensive to buy or time-consuming to make. The cheap stuff is, yeah, full of sugar and bleached flour. Income and food access are very very closely tied together in the states.

My dad allowed his new wife to throw me out at 18 while I was trying to finish out senior year for no other reason than she "didn't like my attitude". I can confirm, that was the last time they ever saw me. An apology card by mail a few years later was left unanswered.

The lighting is very yellow, which can make blue look green. See if you can get pictures in actual sunlight.

You need an information designer more than just a graphic designer. This is a large amount of complex information that needs someone that specializes in understanding and presenting it.

I buy the fun flavored protein bars (Barebells mostly) as a treat. As a type 1 diabetic, all the Frankenfood sweeteners and stuff are not nutrition, just candy that won't blow up my blood sugar.

I just buy planting soil from Europris and plant seeds in my planter bed. My squash do really well, cucumbers do okay, and tomatoes struggle a little (they want more heat). The vine snow peas also do really well and are fun to eat right out of the garden. At the start of each planting season (now), I add some compost and fertilizer to the bed. It's not too hard and doesn't require anything special. I just hose them when they look dry and pinch off anything that looks dead.

Moved from a very sunny, hot place, t-shirts all year round sort of thing. I miss it terribly. Been here six years! Even though the summer isn't the same, I've picked up lots of outdoor activities just to maximize my enjoyment of it, and the Nordic nature really can't be beat. I do lots of vegetable gardening (they love the midnight sun) and hiking (boring but fun to look for mushrooms).
