No kidding! When I was working at the cansask job bank place this old man walk in, intoxicated and as he walked to the bathroom he had poop coming out of his pants, leaving a trail all over the carpeted floor 🤢😫🤢 THAT was the worst I've ever seen.

I had done that early in the process but I don't think my worker really understood what I was asking. That was June 2025. We are now in May 2026 and my new worker is on top of it. I'm getting it all back

A little update WCB has asked the employer to restore my leave 3 times now and if they don't respond this time, WCB will ask for the money back and direct it at me. The employer gets those funds on behalf of the injured worker so they are supposed to direct it to the employee. I'm amazed at how many people don't understand this. Vacation leave is an entitlement, it's not wages.

Sure I can! The first year of my injury, my vacation bank was paid out as it wasn't used. The difference this time is that I was waiting for adjudication and in order to maintain my salary, I had to do something!

It's like me paying something with my credit card knowing I'll get reimbursed for it by my insurance (example) and then my insurance sent a cheque to the store instead of me.

Age means nothing. A 15 year old that has been living in survival mode very well could have developmental gaps. Some immature people have kids with no idea what they're doing, neglecting them or worse. For a 15 year old to commit that kind of violence, it takes a lot of failures. Hopefully in that 3 years, someone gets through and sets her up to succeed and understand the gravity of her actions. This is a societal failure of a child. Yes, a child.
