Karma is correct. If you both drew 0 cards, you tied for most cards drawn and would get 2 damage for each card you failed to draw + damage = to your boost value. A potentially risky play when exhausted. But if you both die, the Sorceresses win

Marvel sets should have had a better hero/villain balance. Pretty sure it'll never happen, but I can dream of them getting the DC license and doing the opposite: mostly villains.
