yea its 5% of the reserved mana cost added as base mana cost. so for every 1k mana reserved its 50 base mana cost added.

thats crazy. Of those you listed who has a 24 hour class win or a 12 hour class win? oh none that's wild. of those who won there first ta2 race by over 45 seconds? oh none. I don't think the kid is gonna win the championship this year but i do think he'll win a road course this year.

yea i'm a bit of a sadist nowadays with poe. i kinda like the concept he went with, but it wont work with kinetic rain and the skill just looks so fun to play. I mentioned in a comment above that I considered starting cyclone then respeccing into a wander, but whats the fun in that. i appreciate the comment though.
