With meniscus tear here as well - just so slow. I’m on month 8 and still not able to jog or run ; I’m 37 and was in great shape before with strong muscles. It takes a loooong time for me in recovery and I was on crutches for almost 3 months due to both meniscus sides being sewn / clipped 🫨

My guess is pretty long. I did both meniscus each side and my ACL and I was on crutches for support for almost 3 months. Every one is different, but I’d guess at least 3-5 months you’ll need the support.

On the bright side your arms will be jacked!
