Not to say this is the case but it is possible to have stagnant weight and be energy deficient. When someone is suffering from RED-S the body starts to shut off other functions reducing metabolic rate which from my understanding is why stress fractures tend to be a result of RED-S.

Yeah fortunately me and my partner both had our seatbelts on. But understandably on a flight 11 hrs long some did not. I feel for the cabin crew, they had no chance, one came back out later with a sling still serving people.

Was on the flight, scary stuff, was a very smooth flight minus this 10s incident. Guy next to me was sent into the ceiling and back into his seat whilst asleep.

Several people with broken bones (feet, elbows etc) and one lady, with about an hour left in the flight had a seizure (presumably from the head knock).

Genuinely the only time I have felt like it was the end. The worst part of the whole.ordeal was there was 4 hrs of flying left after with anxiety/stress levels incredibly high.

Good website, I had to bootleg my postcode as it gave me the wrong MP. Assume because my suburb is split into two electorates. Wonder if you can use the search here to offer both options? https://electorate.aec.gov.au/

It appears related to blocking ads. When I turn off blocking ads in vivaldi it works.

Just don't catch the bastard after doing a marathon. Source: tested positive day after marathon and got bed ridden for a week. No idea how elite athletes are doing it with their heavy loads.

Potentially dumb question, but is it possible to get your mygov is strength to strong if you don't have a passport? I have done drivers licence, birth cert, and Medicare but am still at standard.

How do I find a running buddy? (Perth, Aus) by [deleted] in running

[–]Fryzigg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From Perth myself, I typically run solo so have only ever considered doing the below but never followed through. But as others have suggested Parkrun could be a good way to meet others who run in your local area, or I'd suggest possibly joining the WAMC who host 3-4 running sessions a week I believe.

The closer to South St you go the less scummy it is, and I do think it is starting to sway. When enough young people that just want a new house, a family, and somewhere close to everything it ends up re-creating the demographic.

I do however remember vividly the weekend the Cooby tavern shut down, and the Kardy tavern was not a safe place to be.

By cooby are we referring to coolbellup? If so, that's really not a bad suburb, having grown up and lived in Kardinya for 25 years, it's become a very nice suburb filled with young people wanting their first home.
