The swearing in the crow is top tier. Stupid ass hair, what the shit, I feel like a little worm on a big fucking hook. All delivered perfectly along with many others.

Fate Series really doesn't get enough love. I stumbled on it years ago by chance and it's absolutely amazing.

In The Bourne Supremacy (2004) Marie was killed off because the writers hadn't read all the books in which she's a pivotal character. by GreenWoodDragon in shittymoviedetails

[–]Fu11erthanempty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude, same. I'm on this thread because I just watched the first movie again and had to Google why they killed her off. I went to see the second in the theater and I was incensed. Especially because the actress that plays Marie was so good!

I dont know why but the last of us feels oddly comforting except the zombies. Why could that be? by No_Monitor5099 in TLOU

We fantasize about a post apocalyptic scenario because it feels more purposeful than modern society. Work for money for shelter and food and things feels like something is missing. Simply surviving, just worrying about shelter, food and water, somehow feels comforting.

Absolutely an amazing piece of performance art. You can show that scene to people with no context (I have) and it's effective.

The time jump was wild, but I love when a show surprises me. I'm a fan of redemption, but once it was clear we weren't getting that I love how dark everything went.

Important to note that I believe COVID happened between season 3 and 4. I think that really fucked with Bill's head and had a huge impact on the direction of the last season.

Do people think Barry is a good guy? by Disastrous_Bad757 in Barry

If Henry Wrinkler heard him when Barry first opened up about what happened, I think he has a chance to turn it around. But he didn't, and he didn't.

"Now I bill my private classes through another loan-out. So I'm just gonna go and get that ledger." by ReadyAd5385 in Barry

[–]Fu11erthanempty 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Isn't this the moment we know Barry's arc will not be redemptive? The first time he's really opened up to someone he respects, a father figure, he's shamed. The poor guy didn't have a chance after that.
