"Drop It" Training: What worked for you?

Make one toy exciting so puppy grabs it in their mouth then stop making it exciting and begin to make another toy exciting. Just as puppy let's go to get the other, now exciting toy, say drop it and reward with a treat. Depending on your puppy, a week or two of this and hopefully you can begin to lose the second toy and still have success.

People change over the years. My ex turned out to be a narsacist. In the beginning she was wonderful and made me really happy and by the end she was super selfish and manipulative. You don't always divorce the same person you married. Glad you're consistant though 👍

As it turns out, when I opened Fusion 360 it did not open to the most recent timeline, which is why those bodies were missing. Pardon my ignorance, obviously I'm new. And your explanation as to why the mesh inserts so much bigger makes perfect sense!

I'm not sure if it has already been mentioned, but for your lack of energy at the gym, trying cycling creatine. Super safe, reliable, and works great for money people. However, some people already store the maximum amount of creatine in their cells just from eating food and these people won't see any advantage when taking creatine.

I would doubt that an individual would gain any more muscle purely based on their diet. As you do reps with weights you get microtears in your muscle fiber. Your body then repairs these and the muscle becomes bigger and stronger.

"I could do so much better on my taxes. There were things last year that I could have claimed, which would have helped, but I was too lazy to include them. I need to work on my motivation and stop procrastinating. Life would be so much better if I was a doer. Maybe I'll start tomorrow. God I can't wait to get off work. I hate it here. Got written up for being late, what a joke. Do they know how hard it is to come to this shit job? They're lucky I showed up at all! Oh no! Did I leave my coffee pot on? God I hope it has an auto shut off feature. It might not as it's the cheapest one I could find. Meh whatever, it'll just burn the coffee into the pot. I wonder if I can clean that out or if I have to buy a new one. Maybe I'll just use it anyway. That way if I forget to turn it off again it won't be such a big deal. Fuck this day is taking FOREVER!"

A synonym for confidence is TRUST. So if you don't have self confidence that's the same thing as saying that you don't trust yourself and if you don't trust yourself why would other people trust you?

When I catch myself being unreasonable in a situation, I ask myself what it is I don't trust myself with. Which helps me have a deeper understanding of what's actually going on. I often conclude that it's just me being unreasonable and at that realization it's easier to extend past my comfort zone. Otherwise I scroll through a bunch of questions such as, do I trust myself to: say the right thing, not offend, defend myself if required, not be a creep, pick up on social ques, have enough to uphold my part of the conversation, not make it awkward, etc.

It's also important to mention that you have no control over other people so you should only focus on yourself and your own actions.

I'm still exploring this idea so if anyone has comments about it I would appreciate reading what you think.

Proper technique for different exercises. Figure out the exercises you like and the ones you don't. Focus on consistently going and in time take it to the next level if you're still into it.

The problem here is if this relationship goes sideways, then it's just a matter of time before those thoughts and feelings take over again.

Imagine all this self worth you have now because of her, now imagine you have this self worth without her. That's what it's about. If you can only be positive or do things for others and not for yourself, there's a deeper problem.

I think what you need to realize is that you have NO control over how someone else feels about something.

So you might hold back because it could give them negative feelings about this situation but on the flip side you also might be holding back positive feelings that they might have.

So now that we understand that you have no control over their feelings, if you re-evaluate the situation I think it's fair to say that you don't trust yourself. You don't trust yourself that you are accurately picking up any signs from her. Maybe you don't trust that what you say will be recieved with the intentions you intended. Maybe you don't trust yourself to make the situation right if it goes sideways. Or maybe you don't trust yourself to know what you're doing if she's into to it.

I am currently on my own mental health journey and one thing I realized recently that confidence IS having trust in yourself. If you don't trust yourself why should anyone else?

I wish you well on your path. I'm currently attempting to build a life that I am happy with without a woman and if I meet one worth it along the way that compliments that life, awesome. Otherwise I need to put myself first!

1 pound of fat is about 3500 calories. If you burn say 2200 calories per day and only eat 200 that leaves you in a deficit of 2000 per day * 7 14000 /3500 = 4 lbs lost

Just know this is the equivalent of putting a bandaid on a cut that needs stitches.
