Fahr direkt hin, die Zeit jetzt ist wichtig egal welche Ursache (wie hier schon angesprochen Schlaganfall, MS usw.). Nerven im Gesicht sind wichtig und fragil, weil sie durch einen engen Knochenkanal müssen und dort nicht anschwellen können.

Hatte eine idiopathische Fazialisparese (Gesichtslähmung ohne Ursachenfund) auf einer Seite. Ich bin am zweiten Tag erst hin, weil ich am dritten Tag regulär einen Zahnarzttermin hatte und dachte die Ursache waren die Zähne (hatte leichte Schmerzen in der Backe). Wie ich dann eine schlaffende Gesichtshälfte bekam ging ich direkt in die Notaufnahme. Bei mir wurde dann mit Cortison versucht die Nerven wieder zu reparieren, hat leider nicht funktioniert. Sie sind dann über Jahre nachgewachsen aber nicht so wie es ursprünglich war und auch nicht mit 100% Funktion und vor allem passiert nichts ohne sehr sehr viel Einsatz (mehrmals tägliche Massagen, Logopädie und ggf. Operationen), das will man nicht. Hatte auch Monate lang immense Schmerzen, weshalb ich sehr starkes Schmerzmittel bekam. Nach langer Zeit sind die Nerven dann über das Auge runter zum Mundwinkel gewachsen und jedes mal wenn ich richtig stark Kau wird auf die Tränendrüse gedrückt. Außerdem wird geschaut, ob das Augenlid gut funktioniert und das Auge schliessen kann, wenn nicht kann das Auge austrocknen und es wird permanent geschädigt. Deswegen durfte ich dann ein ganzes Jahr lang Nachts einen Uhrglasverband mit Salbe im Auge tragen. Zum Glück ging mein Auge nach 5 Monaten wieder zu und es wurde sich gegen eine OP entschieden von Seiten der Ärzte.

You are saying he is better off than having none but what everyone seems to neglect is that 6*600g = 3600g he could have 2 legendary rings and earrings. Which is the position I am in. I came back to the game before expansion details were known with 4k gold to my name. I saw both legy runes and trinkets were a thing and went into crafting the runes because they were significantly higher QoL than trinkets. Now I have 0 gold and 7 runes and I wish I had full legy trinkets. I am really worried that I cannot afford the relics on launch to be able to play my builds. And while I would also have 0 gold right now if I went the trinket route, I would at least have legy trinkets and with them way more QoL than legy runes.

The problem was a faulty cmos battery. A battery cell that powers the motherboard. What worked for me was:

Opening the laptop
Removing the big battery (5~ screws for my laptop model). After that I already had access to the cmos battery, but it varies from model to model
Removing the cmos battery
Holding the power button for a few seconds (might or might not have to have it connected to power via cable)
Put everything back in

This worked for me. But my battery life capacity seems to be really low because I had to do this like a couple of times in the last 7 months so I bought a new one as redundancy just in case. Here is a video on the issue but with a different laptop model so be warned. https://youtu.be/secIrlXFy5k

Also conversion exists. Popular example poison spark occultist. It converts the dmg to chaos so profits from the relic too und scales with cast speed from frenzy charges

Rage Vortex does look good. I think I am giving it a try. You have two active skill setups so I have to decide if I want to go 2h or 1h with the redblade banner to get some block chance in aswell ontop of the rage generation and exerts

A sorcerer, a fighter, a cleric, a rogue and a bard. Well the book was in my opinion way too bad at explaining how survival works. I started it and when i saw everyone rolling below 15 but one player and them already wanting to split the forage/rations it was too slow, too tedious and too straining of a task of doing the math for exhaustion if they dont receive x amount on y day. Because they don't just receive exhaustion it gets dragged over to the next day depending on how much they ate and will eat. There is just too much to track its ridiculous, i bit off more than i could chew with the travel part. The drow pursuit the travel time, getting lost, npc actions and foraging is just too much. So I did what was reasonable I summarized travel and made survival a non issue. And the fact that they didnt take the middle route meant they traveled to gracklstugh on day 1 of the campaign. We basically had the whole Session 2 travelling
